White Wednesday at Posh on Palm

I am joining Kathleen of Faded Charm for White Wednesday and wanted to share something white that I have been dreaming of. Would you look at this beautiful white sofa! This is the sofa that I have been dreaming of.
It's one of Susie Holts of Posh on Palms creations.
I think it if fabulous.
Of course it would have to have several of these beautiful pillows covering it.
This slipcover is like a wedding dress for a simple sofa.
Just look at the lace, cut lace and ruffle.

Now if I could just get the Mister to say "I DO" to it.
I think it would be the perfect marriage for the Shabby Old House.
Wishing you a wonderful White Wednesday.

Well, good luck getting the Mr. to say, "I Do" to that sofa. When I want lace and ruffles and house a'frau MyHero blindly turns his head-closes both eyes and is transported to Man's World...where men are men and leather is leather...unhuh-That's how it goes around our house. I would like it if the only leather that still existed around our house is the cover on his Bible...yes.I.do. Hugs-Diana

That couch is so bautiful! My hubby is 'allowing" me to decorate our new little house very girly! He is a construction worker and the farthest thing from girly! I even bought a PINK couch! So, I think there is hope!
Have a pretty day!

My husband and sons would roll their eyes at all that white and lace, then roll in floor laughing until they peed their pants. Good luck with yours even listening to reason.
It is a beautiful sofa.

What a beautiful couch, but I'd be afraid of getting it dirty. In fact I know with my two cats, and a daughter who visits with her dog, that it wouldn't be clean for long. Good luck getting him to say "I do" :)

Oh I love that sofa too but can understand why it would not be man thing... We have to remember they dwelll there also... Tom is pretty good with the girl things I add to our home but I think it is cause he spends most of his life at the golf course... He has a rec room that is his man cave and does like it touched much... That works for me... I also desire a new sofa but I don't know if it will happen... I even threatened that if something happened to me I would be sitting in ghostly form on that sofa I want to disappear and haunt him and that hasn't worked either...This is where wisdom of age comes in to know it can't buy happiness but it would be oh so nice...Blessings and good luck...

That sofa is gorgeous, but I don't think it would fly in this house. My hubby is very accomadating to my girly things too, but I don't know that he would let me bring this in. Now if I had a separate room for it...YES!! Love it!!

I have been trying to get my Mr. to letting me change the black and white slip covers to white denim. Probably not a good thing to do though with all the red dirt around here...ugh! I haven't seen you in such a long time. I remember you as lace and lures. So good to meet up with you again. xo Lynn @thevintagnest

It's beautiful. I love white. I got a white dog because I had white carpeting. That didn't work. LOL. Now the dogs still white but it's hard wood floors....
